- Develop and execute a 2026 technology roadmap aligned with business objectives and market disruption forecasts

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping next-gen solutions in our FutureLab incubator
- Present strategic technology briefings to executive leadership and investment committees
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Quantify ROI scenarios for emerging tech investments using predictive analytics
- Champion ethical innovation frameworks in all technology development initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership roles
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, quantum computing)
- Proven track record of launching technology-forward products/services
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Innovation Management preferred
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
