Responsibilities

- Secure partnerships with NASA, CERN, and DARPA for frontier tech adoption
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members on tech disruption risks
- Oversee $50M R&D budget allocation for emerging tech incubation
- Author thought leadership for MIT Tech Review and WIRED publications
- Coordinate global regulatory strategy for ethical AI deployment by 2026
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Published research in AI ethics or quantum computing (Nature/Science)
- Experience scaling tech ventures from concept to $100M+ valuation
- Deep familiarity with ISO 20700 tech governance frameworks
- PhD in Computational Physics or equivalent practical experience
- Proven ability to secure federal/state innovation grants
- Fluency in Mandarin and Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio demonstrating at least 3 patented 2025+ tech solutions
