Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 5-10 year market impact analysis
- Develop and execute technology adoption roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI implementation and data sovereignty
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align technology investments with customer needs
- Present strategic technology forecasts to executive leadership and investors
- Manage innovation portfolio with ROI-focused technology evaluation frameworks
- Represent the company at global tech forums and industry consortiums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field
- 8+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or emerging tech roles
- Proven experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, Web3, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex tech concepts into business value
- Certified in technology management (CTM) or innovation strategy preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
