- Develop go-to-market frameworks for futuristic products and services
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions with 3-year development horizons
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive innovation culture through internal hackathons and tech scouting
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products (2019-2025)
- Deep expertise in AI, blockchain, or quantum computing ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Experience with scenario planning for 5+ year horizons
