Responsibilities

- Develop strategic roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable energy solutions
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams to prototype and validate futuristic technologies
- Present visionary technology strategies to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Identify partnership opportunities with academic institutions and global tech leaders
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical frameworks for next-gen technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or emerging tech development
- Proven expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum/AI/sustainability)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies
- Strong background in technology forecasting and scenario planning
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced innovation environments
