Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, neuromorphic systems)
- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to investors and board members with data-driven insights
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption success and ROI measurement
- Manage innovation incubation projects from ideation to market launch
- Foster strategic partnerships with leading research institutions and tech pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 scale
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products with >$100M revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (PhD/MBA preferred)
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Published thought leadership in technology journals or major industry conferences
- Fluency in at least one additional language (Mandarin, Japanese, or German)
