Responsibilities
- Architect and execute a 5-year technology strategy positioning InnovateX for 2026 market leadership
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing and deploying emerging tech solutions (AI, quantum, IoT)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and assess strategic implications
- Develop innovation frameworks for sustainable technology adoption and ethical AI implementation
- Present strategic roadmaps to executive stakeholders and secure alignment and resources
- Establish KPIs to measure technology ROI and innovation impact on business objectives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or emerging tech leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of scaling technology initiatives in Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Certification in technology foresight, strategic innovation management, or equivalent

- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation preferred
