Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and assess their strategic impact on our 2026 business landscape
- Develop and execute comprehensive innovation roadmaps with measurable KPIs for future technology adoption
- Lead cross-functional workshops to foster creative thinking and align stakeholders on future vision
- Conduct competitive intelligence analysis to identify disruptive threats and opportunities
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership with data-driven business cases
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of tech innovators, startups, and academic partners
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning, innovation management, or future-focused R&D
- Proven track record of translating emerging tech trends into business value
- Expertise in scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Deep knowledge of at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., AI, quantum computing, Web3)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguous innovation projects
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in innovation management or strategic foreship (preferred)
