As a key member of our Innovation Council, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives and R&D teams to identify disruptive opportunities, mitigate technological risks, and position our company as an industry pioneer. You'll shape long-term product visions while ensuring alignment with market trends and ethical AI principles.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology roadmaps with measurable impact metrics
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum, neuromorphic computing, bio-AI)
- Partner with product teams to integrate breakthrough innovations into commercial offerings
- Establish ethical frameworks for next-gen AI and autonomous systems
- Present strategic insights to investors and board members
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future technology adoption
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory shifts affecting tech innovation landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic technologies
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Published research in IEEE/Nature Technology journals
- Experience with scenario planning for disruptive tech adoption
- Strong background in sustainable technology lifecycle management
- Public speaking experience at major tech conferences (Web Summit, CES)
