- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership with data-backed impact assessments
- Build and nurture partnerships with startups, research institutions, and technology vendors
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and measure ROI on innovation initiatives
- Anticipate regulatory shifts and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record developing and executing 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum, AR/VR)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data into business strategy
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; PhD preferred
- Strong presentation skills with experience addressing C-level audiences and boards
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE, IFTF) preferred
