Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap with 5-year vision alignment
- Identify, analyze, and prioritize emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating future tech solutions
- Develop competitive intelligence frameworks and market disruption scenarios
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and measure ROI on future-tech investments
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption and commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (e.g., generative AI, AR/VR)
- Experience developing long-term (5-10 year) strategic roadmaps
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
