- Identify disruptive market trends and competitive threats
- Drive patent development and IP strategy
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget allocation
- Present strategic vision to investors and industry partners
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science/Engineering or MBA
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains
- Experience with Fortune 500 strategic planning
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar designation preferred
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills
- Prior experience building innovation incubators
