Responsibilities

- Lead innovation workshops with C-suite executives and R&D teams
- Identify and evaluate emerging tech opportunities (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, etc.)
- Develop go-to-market strategies for breakthrough technologies
- Build strategic partnerships with global research institutions and startups
- Present future scenarios to stakeholders and secure innovation funding
- Monitor global tech policy developments and assess regulatory impacts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI, biotech, quantum, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting frameworks
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
- Published thought leadership in future technology trends
- Certification in innovation management or technology strategy preferred
