You'll influence product development cycles and contribute to our 5-year technology vision while ensuring alignment with sustainable growth objectives.
Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for 2026 market viability
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating future tech into current product ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on technology adoption timelines
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for disruptive tech threats/opportunities
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite executives with actionable recommendations
- Manage relationships with R&D partners and academic institutions
- Drive innovation through rapid prototyping and pilot programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven experience developing long-term technology roadmaps
- Strong background in market analysis and competitive intelligence
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
- Experience with agile development methodologies
- Certification in technology strategy (e.g., TOGAF, CTP+) preferred
