- Conduct deep-dive research on global tech trends and competitive landscapes to drive innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to define product roadmaps and R&D priorities.
- Lead internal workshops to foster a culture of innovation and future-thinking across departments.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate complex strategies to non-technical audiences effectively.
- Pilot and test proof-of-concept technologies to validate feasibility and ROI.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Product Management, or R&D leadership.
- Proven track record of defining long-term technology roadmaps for major organizations.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their potential impact on business models.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize vast amounts of data into clear strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Certification in Strategic Planning or Technology Management is a plus.
