Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and evaluating emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning to anticipate technological shifts through 2030
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven impact analysis
- Establish innovation governance frameworks for ethical technology adoption and risk mitigation
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future technologies into commercial roadmaps
- Manage a $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused resource allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership within tech/consulting
- Proven track record in forecasting technological trends and translating them into business value
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, advanced biotech, or Web3
- Executive-level communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures scenarios
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks and horizon scanning methodologies
- Published thought leadership in technology foresight or innovation management
- Certification in strategic planning or innovation management preferred
