- Develop comprehensive 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market disruption forecasts
- Lead strategic initiatives in emerging domains: quantum computing, AI ethics, and carbon-neutral tech infrastructure
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Architect scalable innovation frameworks including proof-of-concept labs and startup partnerships
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board committees
- Drive digital transformation projects with measurable ROI and sustainability KPIs
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-thinking methodologies and adaptive innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven 2020s innovation track record
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, generative AI, or sustainable tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with technology specialization
- Certified Futurist (CFP) or equivalent foresight methodology training
