Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and corporate vision
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, quantum computing) for strategic implementation opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and technology pioneers
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Drive adoption of agile methodologies for rapid iteration of experimental technologies
- Mentor junior strategists in future-thinking frameworks and emerging technology assessment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least three of these domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, advanced robotics, or Web3
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex technological ecosystems
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and investment committees
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
