Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead research initiatives in neural interface design and swarm robotics
- Collaborate with C-suite to align tech strategy with business objectives
- Manage $15M+ innovation budgets across 3 international R&D centers
- Present disruption analyses to Fortune 100 partners and government agencies
- Mentor 10+ researchers in emerging tech methodologies
- Patent 3+ breakthrough technologies annually
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Quantum Physics (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in executive roles
- Proven track record in deploying AI/ML at scale (TensorFlow/PyTorch mastery)
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on emerging tech
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and regulatory compliance
- Experience with venture capital due diligence for deep tech startups
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or German for global partnerships
