- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies (quantum, neuromorphic computing, etc.)
- Forge strategic partnerships with academia and startups to accelerate R&D pipelines
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for executive stakeholders
- Drive ethical AI frameworks and sustainable technology adoption initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech or innovation roles
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products/services (quantum/AI/AR experience preferred)
- MSc/MBA or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional stakeholder management across technical and C-suite audiences
- Published thought leadership on future technology trends (patents/publications)
- Fluency in agile development and rapid prototyping frameworks
