Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify breakthrough technologies with 2026+ commercial viability
- Develop and maintain a technology foresight framework mapping quantum, bio, and AI convergence points
- Produce strategic briefings for executive leadership on emerging risks and opportunities
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen human-AI collaboration systems
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption readiness across global operations
- Represent the company at global tech summits and standards bodies
- Mentor cross-functional teams in strategic technology assessment methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation consulting
- Expertise in emerging tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI ethics
- Proven track record of translating future-tech concepts into commercial roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership on technology disruption (IEEE, HBR, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting frameworks
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and regulatory landscapes
- Proficiency in data visualization tools for trend analysis (Tableau, Power BI)
