Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 3-5 year technology strategy aligned with market evolution and competitive landscape analysis
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration) with disruptive potential
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate futuristic concepts
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry consortiums
- Present technology roadmaps and innovation forecasts to C-suite executives and board members
- Drive organizational adoption of future-ready methodologies and tools
- Monitor global tech policy trends and regulatory implications for emerging innovations
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years in strategic technology roles with proven impact in future-tech domains
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with emphasis on emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, decentralized AI, or synthetic biology
- Exceptional track record of translating technological vision into market outcomes
- Experience leading innovation initiatives with budgets exceeding $10M
- Published thought leadership in technology forecasting or innovation strategy
- Strong proficiency in scenario planning and technology impact assessment frameworks
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
