Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in executive leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; PhD preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and risk assessment for disruptive tech
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and regulatory landscapes
