Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum computing applications
- Conduct horizon scanning for AI/ML breakthroughs with commercial potential
- Collaborate with C-suite executives on technology investment strategy
- Author white papers on biotech-digital convergence trends
- Manage partnerships with leading research institutions
- Present strategic recommendations to the board of directors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized innovations
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and regulatory frameworks
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
