Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams to implement innovation initiatives across all business units
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to the executive board and secure buy-in for major technology investments
- Establish KPIs and frameworks to measure the ROI of technology initiatives
- Foster a culture of innovation by mentoring teams and encouraging experimentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 10 years of experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or related field
- Proven track record of implementing successful technology transformation initiatives
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their business applications
- Exceptional strategic thinking and executive communication skills
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
- Certifications in technology management or strategy (e.g., TOGAF, CSM) highly valued
