Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead R&D initiatives in emerging fields including quantum-secure communications and AGI safety
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future technologies into core business strategy
- Manage a $10M+ innovation portfolio with focus on sustainable tech solutions
- Represent the company at global tech summits and publish thought leadership on 2026 tech trends
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile methodologies and future-proofing techniques
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech or innovation leadership
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum computing, or sustainable tech systems
- Proven track record of launching products with global impact (>1M users)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research or patents in future technology domains
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to stakeholders
- Certification in Agile/Scrum or equivalent project management methodology
