Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026-2030 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives

- Design governance frameworks for ethical technology implementation and risk mitigation

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI ethics, quantum computing, Web3)
- Executive-level communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA preferred)
