Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech fields (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Strong background in innovation management and startup ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
