Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and emerging trends
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech) and market disruptions
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-focused solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring innovation ROI and technology adoption
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortiums
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future technology integration and change management
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, innovation management, or future-focused R&D
- Proven experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, IoT, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Certified Futurist (CFP) or equivalent strategic foresight certification preferred
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology transformation initiatives
