Responsibilities

- Present compelling future-state visions to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation impact and technology adoption readiness
- Collaborate with R&D to incubate experimental projects with 3-5 year commercialization horizons
- Author thought leadership publications on technology evolution and digital transformation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching disruptive technologies with measurable market impact
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, or Web3
- Strong financial acumen for technology ROI modeling and budget forecasting
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training preferred
- Exceptional presentation skills for communicating complex future concepts
- Experience managing distributed teams across global innovation ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation
