Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026+ product ecosystems
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, sustainable energy) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform innovation priorities
- Present strategic technology recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage innovation budget and resource allocation for future tech initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven impact on future-focused projects
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, etc.)
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- Track record of successfully launching innovative products or services
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking abilities
- Strong communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology management (e.g., CTO Academy, IEEE)
