Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026+ initiatives aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Conduct competitive analysis and emerging technology assessments to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and C-suite leadership
- Manage innovation budgets and vendor partnerships for experimental technologies
- Author thought leadership content and represent the company at industry conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with demonstrated impact on future-facing projects
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or biotech
- Proven track record of launching commercialized innovations from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $5M
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
