- Lead cross-functional initiatives integrating quantum computing, generative AI, and decentralized systems
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic research labs and venture capital firms
- Present technology impact analyses to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI implementation and digital sovereignty
- Manage innovation pipeline with P&L responsibility for emerging tech ventures
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years focused on future-tech forecasting
- Proven experience scaling technology roadmaps through market inflection points
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or synthetic biology
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
- Published thought leadership on 2026 technology trends (IEEE, ACM, or similar)
- Experience leading cross-continental R&D teams across 3+ time zones
