Responsibilities
- Architect 3-5 year technology innovation roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3)
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to identify disruptive tech trends
- Develop strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry consortiums
- Present technology strategy to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption ROI and innovation impact
- Drive internal culture of experimentation through hackathons and innovation labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies from concept to commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, or quantum computing
- Executive presence with ability to influence C-suite and external stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
