Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology strategy aligned with market trends and organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies (quantum, AR/VR, bio-digital interfaces)
- Analyze competitive landscapes and regulatory shifts to identify strategic opportunities
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align tech initiatives with business growth targets
- Establish KPIs to measure innovation ROI and technology adoption impact
- Present strategic roadmaps to investors, partners, and industry thought leaders
- Mentor junior strategists in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record launching at least two market-disrupting tech initiatives
- Expertise in emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, biotech, sustainability tech)
- Strong data analytics and scenario modeling skills
- Experience with agile/lean methodologies for innovation pipelines
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
