Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and organizational goals
- Lead research initiatives in emerging tech (quantum, AI, Web3, biotech) and produce actionable insights
- Design strategic frameworks for digital transformation initiatives targeting 2026 market readiness
- Partner with product and engineering teams to prioritize R&D investments and innovation pipelines

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
