Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with 5+ years in foresight or innovation planning
- Proven track record of launching products with 3+ year development cycles
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, blockchain, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Strong financial modeling skills for innovation portfolio management
- Experience managing R&D budgets exceeding $10M
