Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps for emerging domains (Web3, AGI, Biotech convergence)
- Lead R&D initiatives for breakthrough technologies with commercialization potential
- Analyze market trends and competitor landscapes to identify strategic opportunities
- Manage innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Present technology vision to stakeholders and investors through compelling narratives
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI measurement
- Foster partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, advanced AI, or synthetic biology
- Experience with agile innovation methodologies and rapid prototyping
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Master's degree in relevant field (PhD preferred)
