- Oversee the development of innovation pipelines and proof-of-concept initiatives

- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring future technology ROI and ecosystem health
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year tech roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, Web3, IoT, quantum computing)
- Strong data analytics background with experience in predictive modeling
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable plans
- Executive presence with successful stakeholder management across global teams
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or Business Administration
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Strategy preferred
