Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients across healthcare, finance, and energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions using AI, blockchain, and IoT
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on emerging tech trends (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology)
- Translate complex technical concepts into executable business strategies for C-suite executives
- Drive innovation through hackathons, patent development, and academic partnerships
- Oversee ethical framework implementation for autonomous systems and quantum applications
- Represent company at Davos, CES, and global tech summits as a thought leader
Qualifications
- MSc/MBA in Technology Innovation, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years experience in tech strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record launching commercialized AI/quantum solutions
- Deep expertise in emerging tech (generative AI, quantum supremacy, carbon-negative tech)
- Exceptional stakeholder management with Fortune 500 executives
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/R preferred)
