Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record developing 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, IoT
- Strong business acumen with experience in tech commercialization
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical storytelling
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience managing cross-functional teams of 15+ professionals
