- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic briefings to stakeholders on technology adoption curves and investment priorities
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory frameworks affecting 2026+ landscape
- Build competitive intelligence frameworks for emerging tech ecosystems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Expertise in emerging tech domains: generative AI, decentralized systems, or sustainable tech
- Proven experience translating complex tech concepts into business strategy
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Published thought leadership on future technology trends (whitepapers, keynotes)
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and foresight methodologies
- Track record of launching at least two enterprise-scale tech innovations
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., APF, Foresight Practitioner)
