Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Proven expertise in emerging tech ecosystems (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or similar designation
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario-planning capabilities

- Experience scaling global innovation initiatives across 3+ continents
- Fluency in Mandarin or Spanish preferred for international expansion
