- Mentor next-generation technology leaders through internal programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in leadership roles
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Strong quantitative skills with experience in scenario planning and forecasting
