Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts

- Partner with product teams to translate tech capabilities into customer value propositions
- Represent Innovatech at global tech summits and shape industry standards
- Mentor junior engineers in future-focused development methodologies
- Drive patent strategy for proprietary 2026-era technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 or scale-up
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record of shipping complex technical roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of tech policy implications and ethical frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts to stakeholders
