Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, generative AI, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype disruptive solutions in VR/AR and neuro interfaces
- Develop ethical AI governance frameworks compliant with evolving 2026 global regulations
- Partner with C-suite to align tech strategy with ESG and sustainability imperatives
- Establish industry-wide thought leadership through keynote speaking and white paper publications
- Mentor innovation teams in rapid prototyping and agile transformation methodologies
- Drive strategic partnerships with quantum hardware startups and academic research labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech leadership with proven impact on future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, and synthetic biology
- Published research or patents in at least two cutting-edge tech domains
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design) and sustainability frameworks
- Experience scaling tech teams in high-growth environments (Series B+ preferred)
- Deep understanding of geopolitical tech policies and their market implications
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
