Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmap by analyzing emerging trends in quantum computing, neural interfaces, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions for enterprise clients
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present technology forecasts and innovation frameworks to C-suite executives
- Establish ethical guidelines for AI/ML implementations in future products
- Mentor junior technologists in emerging domain expertise
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, bioinformatics, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of launching market-first technology products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals preferred
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and system architecture design
- Strategic certification (e.g., CTO School, INSEAD Tech Leadership)
