Responsibilities
- Architect 5-10 year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in quantum computing, AI governance, and Web3 infrastructure
- Conduct horizon scanning of emerging technologies (neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Develop frameworks for ethical technology adoption and responsible innovation
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets for prototype development and pilot programs
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and government research bodies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or futurist consulting
- Expertise in emerging tech domains: quantum computing, AI ethics, blockchain, biotech
- Proven track record of scaling technology-driven business models
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption (patents, journals, keynotes)
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Experience leading global teams across 3+ time zones
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and data-driven forecasting methodologies
