Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 5-year technology strategy aligning with 2026 market projections
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, bio-integration) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling disruptive solutions
- Secure strategic partnerships with Silicon Valley VCs and academic research institutions
- Present technology roadmaps to board members and investors with ROI projections
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and internal incubator programs
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory shifts affecting technology adoption timelines
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech forecasting
- Proven track record of launching products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI, quantum, or biotech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Analytics
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals preferred
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants (SBIR/DOE)
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for international stakeholder engagement
