- Conduct market analysis of emerging tech trends (quantum, Web3, neuromorphic computing)
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and biotech integration
- Partner with C-suite to secure $50M+ R&D budgets for future initiatives
- Present strategic visions to Fortune 500 clients and investor panels
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record in scaling tech teams to 500+ professionals
- Expertise in at least 3 of: quantum computing, AI governance, decentralized systems
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature Technology Review
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with ISO 27001, SOC 2, and emerging regulatory frameworks
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for global stakeholder engagement
